MASS MONEY MAKER A MUST SEE PROGRAM!

Here is a serious video where he demonstrates with a brand new clickbank account. He goes on to demonstrate how he is absolutely killing it !
If you want to check out something that WORKS, this is powerful technology and it is unlike anything you’ve ever seen or heard of before (they guarantee it) – they’ve never shared it with anyone – until now.

WATCH THIS VIDEO

Facebook has officially announced that it has just raised $1.5 billion in funding at a $50 billion valuation, according to a release issued today (we’ve embedded the release below).
As stated in the release, the investment was broken into two parts. Goldman Sachs participated in the first round (via an offering to its non-U.S. clients in a fund), which totaled $1 billion. In December, DST and Goldman separately invested another $500 million into the social network. Both rounds gave Facebook a $50 billion valuation, says the company. This brings Facebook’s total funding to a staggering $2.336 billion.
It’s interesting to note that Facebook didn’t take the full $1.5 billion from Goldman Sachs in the first part of the investment. As stated in the release:
Under the transaction’s terms, Facebook had the option to accept between $375 million and $1.5 billion from the Goldman Sachs overseas offering, at the discretion of Facebook. While the offering was oversubscribed, Facebook made a business decision to limit the offering to $1 billion.
One has to wonder if the fact that Goldman excluded U.S. investors from the round had to do with Facebook not raising the full $1.5 billion (which would push the total investment to a whopping $2 billion).
Another interesting tidbit from the release is this: Even before the investment from Goldman Sachs, Facebook had expected to pass 500 shareholders at some point in 2011, and therefore expects to start filing public financial reports no later than April 30, 2012.
Clearly, it looks like Facebook plans to IPO no later than April 2012.
So what will Facebook do with this massive amount of cash? The company says it has no set plans but vaguely stated that it will be “investing to build and expand its operations.”
The Goldman investment was first reported by New York Times’ Dealbook.
So much for that slow Friday news day.
Facebook Raises $1.5 Billion
Facebook Receives $1 Billion from Goldman Sachs Overseas Offering; Digital Sky Technologies and Goldman Sachs Also Recently Made $500 Million Direct Investment
Investment Values Facebook at $50 Billion
PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Facebook today announced it has raised U.S.$1.5 billion at a valuation of approximately $50 billion.
The transaction consisted of two parts. Today, Goldman Sachs completed an oversubscribed offering to its non-U.S. clients in a fund that invested $1 billion in Facebook Class A common stock. In December, Digital Sky Technologies (DST), The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., and funds managed by Goldman Sachs invested $500 million in Facebook Class A common stock at the same valuation.
“Our business continues to perform well, and we are pleased to be able to bolster our cash position with this new financing,” said David Ebersman, Facebook’s chief financial officer. “With this investment completed, we now have greater financial flexibility to explore whatever opportunities lie ahead.”
The investment generated a significant number of questions from interested parties and Facebook has addressed the most common ones below.
Why did Facebook raise this money?
DST and Goldman Sachs approached Facebook to express their interest in making an investment, and Facebook decided it was an attractive opportunity to bolster its cash reserves and increase its financial flexibility with limited dilution to existing shareholders.
Why did Facebook choose to raise $1 billion in the overseas offering?
Under the transaction’s terms, Facebook had the option to accept between $375 million and $1.5 billion from the Goldman Sachs overseas offering, at the discretion of Facebook. While the offering was oversubscribed, Facebook made a business decision to limit the offering to $1 billion.
What are Facebook’s plans for the proceeds of this transaction?
There are no immediate plans for these funds. Facebook will continue investing to build and expand its operations.
Does this investment mean that Facebook will have more than 500 shareholders?
Even before the investment from Goldman Sachs, Facebook had expected to pass 500 shareholders at some point in 2011, and therefore expects to start filing public financial reports no later than April 30, 2012.

how to install psp games

So, in order to download games and save them to your Memory Stick, do the following:
1. Get a good memory stick. I recommend that you get a Memory Stick Duo in at least a 1 GB size, though a 2 GB is even better.
2. Find and download the PSP games you want. If you don't know where to find the games try a download service. A good one will let you have unlimited downloads for a small one-time fee. You can see the link below for more information.
3. Unzip the game files and save them somewhere that you can find them easily, like your desktop.
4. Plug your PSP USB cable into your PSP and your computer.
5. For PSP games- go the the root directory on your PSP then make a folder called ISO. (If you downloaded PSOne games, go to the root directory on your PSP and find the folder called PSP/GAME.)
6. Copy the PSP game files into the ISO folder. (Copy PSOne game files into the PSP/GAME folder.)
There- it's that simple. Now that you know how to download PSP games on the memory stick, just follow the link at the bottom and get started finding some games to download.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Your computer
  • A USB cable
  • Internet connection
  1. 1
Once the PSP games are downloaded, connect the PSP to your computer by using the USB cable that comes with the PSP console. Change your PSP console into PSP mode by pressing the "Home" button. Next scroll left to the "Setting" column and scroll down until "USB Connection". Press "X" button to enter PSP into USB mode.
  2. 2
To download the PSP games into your console, the games must be copied and downloaded onto the correct folder in order for the games to work. And the correct path is PSP > GAME in order for the any PSP games to work correctly. If the "PSP" and "GAME" folder does not exist on your PSP memory stick, you need to manually create the folder with folder name in ALL CAPS.
  3. 3
Once you have finished downloading or transferring the games onto the PSP memory stick, you can disconnect your PSP from the computer. From the PSP console main menu, scroll over to the "GAME" column on your Sony PSP and continue to scroll down on the memory stick. Press "X" and a list of game files will be displayed. Scroll downward and you will be able to see the games you have just installed.
  4. 4
Press "X" again to confirm your selection and play the PSP games. I had tried to practice the steps above many times in my PSP and it worked all the time. Hopefully it will also work for your console too.

  • 5
Connect your PSP to the computer via a USB cable. Make sure you place the smaller end of the USB cable into your PSP. Place the larger end into any of the USB ports available on your computer.

  • 6
Switch to USB mode. The PSP cannot communicate with your computer unless it is in USB mode. This is accomplished by pressing the "Home" button, scrolling towards "Settings" and then finally selecting "USB Connection."

  • 7
Transfer the games onto your PSP. This step is the heart of downloading free games onto your PSP, and, it is simple. With your PSP connected to your computer, take whatever games you plan on downloading and place them into the PSP > GAME folder. If this folder doesn't appear automatically, you can create one by 'right-clicking' in the PSP directory and then entering in the name "Game."

  • 8
Run the games you downloaded. After you have installed the desired games onto your PSP, disconnect the device from your computer. In the main menu, scroll to the "Game" section. Select the "Memory Stick" option. The PSP homebrews you downloaded will be contained here. Highlight one of them and press "X." Assuming the homebrew is coded properly and you have the right firmware, it should run just like a commercial PSP game.
